Schools as Community Centres (SaCC)

Woodberry Place of Friends

Woodberry Schools as Community Centres (SaCC) is known locally as "Place of Friends."

We are a school based local community centre supporting families with children from birth to 8 years with a focus on those with 0- 5 year olds, living in Woodberry, Beresfield, Tarro and surrounding communities.

We work in partnership with other government and non-government organisations to provide families with information and support.

We welcome the involvement of families from diverse backgrounds and the participation of community members in the planning and provision of activities that will strengthen the community.

We offer a range of activities and programs for parents and carers to promote healthy, happy families and give children a positive start to school.
