About our school

Woodberry Public School is situated in the Hunter region near the cities of Maitland and Newcastle.

The school was established in 1973 for the surrounding semi-rural area. The two-story brick buildings with wide verandahs are surrounded by huge grassy play areas It overlooks paddocks of horses and cattle and wetlands with native migratory birds.
